Call Center Staff
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer
- Handling problem escalation and follow up
- Handling administration (report of call : incoming call and customer request)
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any major
- Having experience in SAP will be advantage.
- Willing to work on shift
- Working Experience at Call Center min. 1 year
- Female, max 35 years old
- Fluent in English (both Written & Spoken)
