Service Coordinator

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Architecture or equivalent.
  • Having good knowledge is property management especially in office building management
  • Having experience work at office building or apartment at least 3 years working experience in the related field, Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
  • Understanding of building maintenance & repairs of damage
  • Having leader skill, discipline, responsible, honestly, team work and excellent communication
