Customer Service Supervisor
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to manage the customer service implementation and improve the customer satisfaction in order to create a good shopping experiences.
Ensure that the marketing and MCC program implemented by the companyâs standard
Requirements:
- Male / Female, maximum 28 years old. Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University, GPA ? 2,75. (Diploma degree with experience are welcome).
- Minimum 1 year experience as customer service in banking industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Fluent in English
- Not color-blind, and willing to work in shift
- To be placed at Matahari Department Store Citraland, Pejaten, Supermal Karawaci, Metropolitan Mal Bekasi.
