We’re seeking young, extra ordinary and talented candidates to be a part of our professional team, for the following exciting position:

Customer Service

Responsibilities:

Promote customer care, help customers to resolve their queries customers in an ethical and informative way, and display a caring attitude, give appropriate and relevant information to the customers, have complete knowledge of services rendered, and complete line of products, taking responsibility to stay update and ask for assistance to acquire latest developments, answer confidently or find appropriate solutions to customers’ problems, initiate conversation to uncover customers’ needs.

Requirements:

  • Male / Female  max 25 years old
  • Min. D3 Graduates from reputable university or Academy with GPA min. 3,3
  • Excellent communication skill in English (both oral and written)
  • Have a good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Have deep knowledge on what customers needs
  • Has empathy for the customers situation
  • Has a pleasant personality, friendly style
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Willing to be placed in Bali
