Training and Development Officer

Responsibilities:

• Identifying training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis and regular consultation with human resources departments
• Organize and developing training and development programmes based on both the organisation’s and department needs
• Producing training materials for in-house courses;
• Managing the delivery of training and development programmes and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the department
• Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions
• Evaluating training and development programmes;

Requirements:

• Male/Female, Age 25-28 year
• Min S1 Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably have experience specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in training & development
• Strong command in English, written & oral is a must
• Good communication & interpersonal skills, good analytical, hard worker and able to work under pressure
• Computer literate (Ms. Office)
