• This person upon joining the team is expected to be able to perform in two key areas:

Be part of Accenture proposal team:

• Ability to provide insights into core banking processes, either within specific product area, and or across all products.
• Ability to craft the overall business solution proposition in response to a client's requirements
• Ability to estimate the effort required to deliver the solution
• Delivery
• Responsible for delivery of large scale programmes
• Shape the business solution
• Develop a target operating model
• Develop the overall process model
• Articulate the organisational changes that the new solution requires
• Report the status of the area responsible
• Managing budget, resource and timeline

To achieve the above, the person must have the following qualifications:

• Experience in the banking industry from either a Banking Product Area (eg: Product Managers) OR Core banking vendor business analyst resources minimum 3yrs
• Experience in a project environment - Managing or leading a team in a project, and exposure to project lifecycle for Managerial Level
