NEED URGENT  : Assistant Manager (AM)

As a best financial brokerage house in Indonesia, we are looking a potential candidate to become assistant manager with :

- Female / Male max. 30 years old
- D3 / S1 Graduates
- 2 years experiences in marketing field ( Insurance, Banking or Property )
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Have wide business network
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skill
- Good English skill, both written and oral
- Have ability in making marketing planning and program
- Domicile Bintaro Jaya, BSD / South Jakarta / Tangerang serpong

The basic tasks of Assistant Manager :

- Responsible to assist a marketing manager to reach monthly NMI ( Net Margin In ) Target
- Developing marketing strategy and plan
- Assist  a marketing manager to lead an organize marketing group

We give an attractive remuneration package to consist of :

- Monthly basic allowance
- Trading commission per lot, overriding commission from all group transaction
- Bonuses
