Sales Executive (Bandung)
Bandung (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to Sales Manager and work closely with Indoor Sales as a team. This position is responsible to grow revenue, profitability and trading base of the Ad- hoc, Small, Medium and Large customer classifications through acquisition of new customers, Development of existing customers, Improvement of revenue quality to obtain selling the full range of TNT products and solutions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with a minimum of 3 years sales experience, proven track in achieving sales target, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, good verbal and written English skills and familiarity in using Ms. Office. This position required jobholder must have driving license and own car.


Accounting Staff
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to Accounting Supervisor. This position is responsible to complete assigned daily ledger entries and other financial transactions that include fixed assets, prepayment, bank reconciliation in accordance with accounting principles to ensure that the general ledger is accurate and up-to-date, collect and compile simple financial information and assist Accounting Supervisor to prepare accurate and timely financial reports and accounting statements for senior management


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with a minimum of 1 years experience in similar position
  • Familiar with SAP would be an advantage
  • Good verbal and written English skills and familiarity in using Ms. Office


Purchasing Assistant
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to Purchasing Supervisor. This position is responsible to provide goods and/or services with highest quality, functionality, fit for the purpose, easy to use, and with competitive price, handling purchasing activities including tender process, administration and reporting such as creating Shopping Cart, follow up PO to vendors, maintain PO issued and preparing purchasing monthly reports.


Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in purchasing environment, good communication and negotiation skills, having knowledge in purchasing flow and tender process, good verbal and written English skills, and familiarity in using Ms. Office.
