Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any fields.
- Minimum 2 years experiences in the same position or 4 years as Manufacturing HR Personnel Supervisor
- Has experience and able to handle Payroll, Personnel Matters (leave, absenteeism, overtime, etc)
- Having knowledge in industrial relation & the law of labors
- Good negotiation, interpersonal, communication skills, independent, initiative person and trustworthy person
- Self starter, works well independently and as part of team
