The Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development (OCLD), New Delhi, India is the wholly owned and operated corporate university of the Oberoi Group. Established in 1965, OCLD is recognized as the leading provider of hospitality education in Asia. The centre prepares young individuals for managerial position in the Oberoi Hotel & Resort.

Application are invited for admission to the two-year post graduate diploma in Guest Service Management and Housekeeping Management, commencing in July 2012.

Qualifacations :

You should be between the age of 20 and maximum 25 years old, a graduate in any discipline or a Diploma IV / Degree-holder in Hotel Management from a recognized institute.

Profile :

You should have excelled both academically and in co-curricular activity and must posses a pleasant personality, along with leadership qualities and en excellent command of the English language. The training involves long hours of work and calls for a high degree of commitment. You should be willing to be transferred to any of the Group’s hotels.

Nature of Training:

The programmed comprises an appropriate mix of theoretical and practical inputs at The Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development and in addition, On-The-Job training at various hotels of the Oberoi Group.

Career Prospect :

On successful completion of the training programme, Graduates will be posted to any of Group’s two Five Star Diamond resorts in Bali and Lombok, as Executive with attractive salary and perquisites.

Stipend and Training Duration

A very competitive stipend is offered to the trainees during the two years training programme at OCLD, New Delhi

Training Cost and Working Agreement :

Oberoi Resort Indonesia will be financing the entire training and related expenses of programme. Upon successful completion of the two years management programme, you will be required to enter into working agreement for a minimum period of 5 (five) years.
