Responsibilities:
- Setup competitive and equitable compensation and benefit for employee
- Analyze old policies about compensation and benefit, do some evaluation, and make recommendation for new and better policies
- Building compensation and benefit SOP
Requirements:
- Holding bachelor degree or Master Degree from Human Resources Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or its equivalent from reputable university
- Male or Female, with maximal age 35 years old
- Minimal 4 years experience in the related field
- Good analytical as well as communication skill
- Required language (s) : English
