- Has experience minimum 1 year in the same position.
- Self motivated, detail oriented, excellent guest interaction approach
- Is energetic, honest personality willing to help and able to work as a team.

2. Security Guard
- Maximum 25 years old of age.
- Able to speak English.
- Good Health and Grooming
- Fresh graduated is well come.
- Is energetic, honest personality willing to help and able to work as a team.

3. Gardener Spv & Gardener
- Good Health and Grooming
- Has experience minimum 1 year.
- Self motivated, detail oriented,
- Is energetic, honest personality willing to help and able to work as a team
