• Understanding Training and Development, labour law and regulations
• Understanding of compensation & benefit program
• Have experience min 3 year in the same position, especially from multinational company
• Detail and having leadership skill
• Able to work in team or individual

GA SUPERVISOR 
Balikpapan, Tangerang, Medan & Surabaya
General Qualifications :

• Male, age 26 - 30 years,
• Banchelor degree in Law/Enginering
• Experience min 2 years in HRD & GA such as Recruitment, Training, HR admin, building construction, building management, PABX, electricity, Air Conditioner, troubleshoot
• Good negotiation skill with supplier / vendor / building management and other partij
• Good English and Computer skill
• Will be located in Balikpapan, Tangerang, Medan & Surabaya

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT STAFF
General Qualifications :

• Male, age 25 - 28 years.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Automotive/ Machine/ Industry).
• Experience with related job min 2 years, prefer from automotive industry.
• Good relation with Goverment, Body Maker, and Dealers.
• Good technical analysis, management skill and negosiation skill.
• Willingness to traveling
