IT SPV â" Network Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Respond to user requests for problem/issue troubleshooting & solutions, as well as taking escalation from Helpdesk/IT user support.
- Ensures all technical issues related with hardware server, PC/laptop, networking devices, and standard software applications are solved within timely manner, Enforce & implement IT Security policy.
- Coordinates Infrastructure & Technical Support activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and supervise the work of his/her subordinates.
- Evaluate & suggest appropriate technology and IT products for continuous improvement.
- Assists in the development and planning for new upgrades, capacity growth, enhancement performance, high availability for all Infrastructure system
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or Telecommunication, with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00
- Male/Female, age minimum 25 maximum 29 years old.
- Have a good concept and understanding in IT networking (configuration of Cisco Firewall, Router & Switches), Microsoft infrastructure product (Ms. Windows Server 2003, 2008, Active Directory, File Server, ISA server, etc).
- Has minimum 2 years experiences in Window Server administration & troubleshooting, administering mail server, internet related infrastructures, SQL Server, .Net Framework applications.
- Have good analytical thinking and problem solving skill.
