Helpdesk Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily troubleshooting
- Maintain service level
- Maintain customer relation and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree from computer studies with minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00
- Experience handling user as IT Support at least 2 years
- Troubleshooting skill (OS & Application)
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
