We are a new established foreign investment company based in Cirebon, now we are seeking highly qualified and dynamics professionals to build our organization in the following position:
HUMAN RESOURCES CHIEF
Responsibilities :
•   Responsible for full spectrum of human resources activities
•   Provide high quality support, reward, recognitions and consultation to all employees
•   Support and the implementation of change management process and lead major HR change initiatives
•   Assist management in development and execution of business strategy, drive organizational capability development
•   Establish and reviews HR policies guidelines
Requirements :
•   Male Max 35 years old
•   Degree in Law, Social Science or any discipline
•   Minimum 5 years experiences as Human Resources Supervisor
•   Deep understanding of Human Resources Development concept
Strong analytical & organizational skill
•   Good leadership, interpersonal and communication & presentation skill
Highly committed, integrity and accountability
•   Strong coaching, interpersonal, analytical and time management skills
•   Advance in English (both oral and written) and computer skills
•   Possess good attitude and sense of urgency
•   Full-Time position available
