Operation Geologist
requirements:
  • The Operation Geologist will liaise closely with The Drilling,Exploration and Subsurface Manager,The Drilling Superintendent and Drilling Engineers to ensure that Premier Oil's geological well objectives are defined and incorporated into approved drilling programs. The incumbent is responsible for all aspect of well site data acquisition including procurement of services, supervision of geological well site operations and compilation and distribution of findings.
  • The Operation Geologist relationship management skills will be important when liaising with internal stakeholders,JV partners and external suppliers, and in providing support to the Drilling Superintendent for operational decision making.

Pipeline Engineer
Key Responsibilities

Technical Support Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and monitor compliance to policies and procedures for the safe and efficient maintenance of offshore plant and equipment
  • Define and execute maintenance of SCE’s under the banner of the IVB process using the knowledge and expertise of the Technical Authorities.

Lead Facilities Engineer
Requirements

Ensures proper design to international standards and engineering codes for the following facilities:
  • Brownfield modifications on the Gajah Baru platform for the reconfiguration of compressors; modification of electrics, instruments and power; umbilical tie-in and installation of export metering.
  • Engineering,fabrication and installation of two normally-unmanned wellhead platforms in 80m of water.
  • Fabrication and installation of two umbillicals (32km&19km) for controll of the above platforms.
  • Fabrication, installation and tie-in of two subsea pipelines for gas export from the wellhead platforms back to Gajah Baru.
Other responsibilities including, but not limited to:
  • Controlling and authorising all engineering discipline inputs to the design safety case. Primary author of the design safety case, which is submitted for independednt verification adn corporate approvals, in accordance with the project schedule so avoiding risk of design rework.
  • As Technical Authority and ultimate authoriser of all disciplines detailed design as produced by the EPCI Contractor, sub contractors and vendors
  • Ensure safe custody and control of Company's Engineering Intellectual Property as delivered by EPCI Contractor. Ensure full handover of approved as-built documentation and date (including DCS/F&G/UCP master software sets) to POI Operations.
  • Daily management and supervision of the Premier Oil Naga Pelikan design engineering team; sets and assesses individual IPC's for the internal engineering team.
  • Ensures the facilities are ultimately commissioned and placed in service in strict accordance with the design safety case and engineering data.
  • Management of Contractors / Consultants during detailed Engineering and execution, commissioning and close out phases to ensure implementation of Engineering design according to planned engineering standards, cost and schedule
  • Compliance of project with Indonesian statutory and BPMIGAS regulations.Delivery of detailed engineering plan to a high technical and safety standard that is fit for purpose.

RBI (Risk Based Inspection) Engineer

Safety Responsibilities
