Controlling Manager (Code : CM) 
Based in Tangerang
Tangerang (Banten)
Responsibility:

  • Month end financial closing task and financial controlling report.
  • Prepare annual financial budget.
  • Monitoring the profitability of the commercial area.
  • Review performance production line in monthly basis.
  • Responsible for product costing.
  • Responsible to monitor the related expenses


Qualification:

  • Degree in
  • Management, Accounting or Finance.
  • 5 years experience in the same fields or relevant.
  • Excellent in computer skills (MS Excel).
  • Experience with SAP (FI-CO) and Hyperion reporting is beneficial.
  • Good command in English (oral and written)..
  • Deep understanding in cost accounting is preferable


Jr. Project Engineer - Based in Tangerang
Tangerang (Banten)

  • He/she will coordinate and manage projects in order to improve quality, better productivity and higher efficiency with local and international coordination.

Responsibility:

  • Generate project chart and define project feasibility study including project cost calculation.
  • Control project schedule and progress to accomplish designed projects.
  • Define project executor internally and externally to accomplish the project target.
  • Determine project cost calculation and control the expenses.
  • Develop Ratio of production by small loses, process improvement, and innovations.
  • Under Ratio Group Engineer supervision, develops and modifies spare parts, devices, electrical 
  • and utility facility.
  • Create improvement projects that run in Lean projects and TPM initiatives.
  • Coordinate special projects that involving capacity increment, new production line, new product 
  • type, energy saving, new facilities.
  • Recommends and prepares changes, additions and modifications which will facilitate 
  • manufacturing process.
  • Elaborate working groups to have project outcome that can always be executed in order to fulfill 
  • business target.
  • All other duties signed by Respective Manager from time to time


Qualification :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Candidates with 2-3 years experiences in engineering field are preferable.
  • Working English, good communication skills, pro-active, result and process oriented.
  • Excellence planning and organizing skill.
  • Knowing manufacturing process, project and cost management
