Financial Analyst (Code: FA)
Medan (Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities:

• Performing cycle review on the accuracy of financial booking before month-end.
• Prepare and perform analysis of monthly financial reports and management accounts
• Monitor actual monthly fixed cost in comparison to budget
• Prepare financial projections (Rolling forecast)
• Budget planning and analysis
• Review of investment file for capex proposals
• Ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Must possess at least Bachelor degree (S-1) from recognized university majoring in accountant
• Fresh graduated are welcome
• Have experiences in Financial Analyst min. 1-2 years
• Understand in budgeting / management accounting / financial analysis
• Have knowledge on internal control
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to details and good responsibility
• Can operate and be creative in operating Power Point Presentation, Excel and Microsoft Word

• Recognize market condition by monitoring cement and other material products price, and conducting market surveyat respective area
• Build and develop relationship with existing customers and prospected customers to do sales deal and customer service.
• Analyze market and propose recommendation
• Plan and organize promotion activities
• Update customer database, price and market data for analyzing purpose.
• Input sales order, do invoicing, monitor process and release order if needed.

Requirements:
General Requirements:

• Must possess at least Bachelor degree (S-1) from recognized university majoring in Civil
• Minimum GPA  3.00, with maximum age 28 years old in January 2012
• Minimum 1 years experience in sales/marketing or construction function.  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
