Receptionist - Balikpapan
Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls from guests and deliver to related employee
  • Receive & serve guest / customer, direct them to the appropriate recepient
  • Make record for incoming letters, distribute the the appropriate recipient
Requirements:
  • Female, age 21-25 years
  • Minimum Diploma degree
  • At least 1 year working experience as Receptionist/Customer Service

Accounting Staff
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for invoice processing and journal entries
  • Responsible for reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting account information.

Requirements:
  • Male/Female, max. 28 years old
  • Min. Diploma in accounting min GPA 3,25 from reputable university
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in related fields

GA Supervisor
Responsibilities:
  • Supports all office operations by supporting maintenance facilities (such as operational vehicles, office boys, security guards, telephone, etc.) with fast, accurate and in accordance with the prescribed budget.
  • Perform maintenance activities on all facilities and supporting infrastructure, and making the replacement of the damaged supporting facilities.
  • Build relationships with outsourcing company vendors or suppliers of goods & services, assist in dealing with complaints on vendors/suppliers, and follow-up payment of invoices or contracts with related parties.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from reputable University
  • Minimum 2 years experience as GA Supervisor
  • Good computer skill (MS Office)
  • Fluent in English both speaking and writing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, self-initiative, hard worker and able to work in a team
  • Willing to travel to Hino site
Vehicle & Pricing Staff
Responsibilities:
  • Supporting and controlling price activity and price plan
  • Responsible to monitor market price and competitor price
  • Making Business Plan and responsible to conduct materials for production meeting and reports
  • Handling business process related to production, ordering, modification & selling
Requirements:
  • Male/Female age 22-30 years
  • Bachelor Degree in Economy/ Statistic/ Finance
  • Good knowledge in pricing, warehouse and logistic Management
  • Good understanding in making business plan
  • Good time management, target oriented and fast learner.
  • Can Speak Japanese is an advantage
