Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls, screen and direct calls
- Take and relay messages
- Provide information to callers
- Greet persons entering organization
- Direct persons to correct destination
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- General administrative and clerical support
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Requirements:
- Female, single â€" Max. 25 years old
- Minimum Diploma â€" Degree from any disciplines
- At least 1 year experience as receptionist
- Good looking and pleasant personality
- Communicative, initiative and customer service oriented
- Fluent in English is a must (both verbal and written)
- Computer literate (minimum MS.Office)
