Technical Support Staff (Code: TS)
Responsibilities:
- Collect and prepare all technical problem from each Nissan’s dealer and distribute it back to Nissan’s dealer.
- Support problem solving to all Nissan’s dealer.
- Conduct audit activities, such as SST list, equipment, etc.
- Prepare the Technical Service Bulletin (TSB).
- Prepare the Product Information Bulletin (PIB).
Requirement:
- Male, Single, Age between 25-30 years old.
- Holding min. Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Mechanical Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Having more than 2 years experience in the same related field.
- Having strong analytical thinking, numerical ability, logic of verbal, good perspective, and more on accuracy.
- Fluent in English is a must (both spoken and written).
- Having excellent communication skill, interpersonal skill and able to work in a team.
- Computer literate, fast learner, able to work under pressure, willing to work overtime, hard working, and willing to travel.
- Having enthusiasm in automotive.
