HRD OFFICER
Specific requirements :
- Having experience and familiar with HR and Development area such as Jamsostek, Personal Tax Calculation (PPh article 21), Medical Insurance, HR legal aspect, Recruitment, Training and Development, CSR program, and Industrial Relations.
- Has a good knowledge about manpower regulation.
- To be posted at our project office at Central Kalimantan
General requirements :
- Male, age 24 â€" 33 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (Psychology, Management, Law) from reputable university.
- Fluent English skill, both written and spoken is an advantage.
- Computer & internet literate.
- Have ability to work in team, pro-active, highly motivated, excellence communicating skills and strong analytical, inspirational with new ideas, good in human approach capability, independent and good interpersonal skill.
- Having 2 â€" 4 years experience in the same position for drilling contractor or mining company would be advantage.
